Talking about the jersey sponsorships, Skanavino said: “We are currently in discussions with several potential partners and expect to finalize a new deal by the end of this season. Participating in events like the Club World Cup adds an extra dimension not only for this season but also as it occurs every four years; we aim to establish long-term partnerships.” He emphasized their desire to enhance awareness around important organizations such as Save the Children.

Diving into youth training's significance, he remarked: "We believe that young talents need time and proper environments to reach their full potential. This is why we're committed to our Next Gen project which provides competitive challenges within Juventus' family without solely focusing on short-term needs." He stressed that investments should be viewed from a long-term perspective.

Pursuing women's football development further, Skarnovino noted it's been ongoing for many years but still at its nascent stage economically. There’s a pressing need for commercial growth across Italy that would channel resources towards improving women’s football quality—something Juventus intends on continuing strongly after witnessing good performance from their team this year.

The structural aspect of Juve was touched upon when he stated they have approximately 500 employees under various contracts—a significant organization well represented through modern facilities like Vinovo Training Center where no major changes are planned due given them being advanced yet professional setups overall."
